SDK version mismatch for HelpPlugin (1.11.12). Expecting 1.11.13
This is a known bug, remove this broken plugin and it will be fixed :)

So what, there's still no template for arm-none-eabi?

There is options though in the ARM template:
ARM-eval-t7

I mean, what should I choose to work with STM32 Cortex-M3 hardware for example?

You have to adjust the settings manually after choosing one of them if none of them is compatible.
