The installer doesn't set appropriate environment variables. So after installation PATH variable has to be updated to use the command line compiler.
Be a part of the solution, not a part of the problem.

for CB that should not be a problem, since the bin path and extra paths can be set within CB; so no need to permanently pollute your environment ;-)
