MSVC Toolkit on W98SE??

Hi all,

I tried to install MSVC Toolkit on W98SE, installation was cancelled (W2K, XP, server 2003 only message).

Is any way to *hack* that and run on W98?? I feel that REAL reasons why not run on W98 can be somewhere else....

IMHO, I don't see why cannot run compiler + linker exes together with  libraries+include headers on W98.  NET framework was instelled successfully.

Any idea?
