How to see two or more editor windows?

I can't find a way to see 2 source files at the same time and I suppose there is an option which I did toggle accidentally when tweaking the editor.

Help! You know, it's impossible to do real projects seeing just one source file on screen, so this a real show stopper to me.

Help!
1.) Search the forums
2.) Tell us at least your platform and version of C::B
3.) Use a nightly where this is perfectly implemented.
Compiler logging: Settings->Compiler & Debugger->tab "Other"->Compiler logging="Full command line"
C::B Manual: https://www.codeblocks.org/docs/main_codeblocks_en.html

I did search the forum. Result: Nothing.
I'm using 8.02 which is the current release.
I don't know what exactly is a "nightly". I guess it's a nightly build, aka an unreleased and untested version made for developers only. At least on my job it means this.
Rough manners here; sorry to be a mean user asking usage related things.

But you didn't tell.

That's wrong here. You can safely use nightly build we provide.

Furthermore that's the solution I gave you in the end.

Now I have built today's actual version (SVN 6155) from SVN/trunk on LINUX. And there are no multi editors. Does this work on MS-Window$ only? Did I miss some new settings? (I did not remove my settings in ~/.codeblocks.)

Once again I'd like to say that "real work" is not possible with an IDE which is not capable to show more than just one source file on screen.

Have you tried to drag the notebook (tabctrl) button around?

p.s. there are people that do real work in vi!
(most of the time I ignore long posts)
[strangers don't send me private messages, I'll ignore them; post a topic in the forum, but first read the rules!]

Yes. Nor right-click context or things alike. No show. Is ist supposed to work on Linux et all?

Geeeee! Yes it works! :D :D :D
C:B is just a little picky about the drop location! It has to be near the edge of the editor window. If the focus is OK, a blue box shows up. Didn't see this before. Thanks'n'Bye; thread closed.
