No Compiling

Hi I have a problem. You see, yesterday a installed Window 7 RTM version on my computer and today i tried to install CodeBlocks. The installation went well but then when i try to compile and run a simple program - nothing happens . I press F9 and .... nothing. Do you have any idea how can i fix this. I tried and reinstalled it 2 or 3 times, i ran it as an administrator but still nothing. My previous WINDOWS version was Windows 7 RC1 on which CodeBlocks ran perfectly.

which version of codeblock did you use.

A nightly or 8.02?
And what compiler? Some of them have problems with Vista and 7 - you could try the TDM 4.4.x ones

i simply downloaded both of those files http://www.codeblocks.org/downloads/5 and it didn't work with non of them

it still does not work ...... what do i do ... can you please give me a direct link from which i can download an .exe fail which when i install everything will run... when i install everything from that links it says that there are some plugins that couldn't run .... please i don't want to use devcpp
