Could you tell me the difference of Environment,Custom,Globa variables

Environment variables (settings-environment)
Custom variables(settings-compiler and debugger-global compiler settings)
Globa variables(settings)

Hello every experts of codeblocks,I am a Chinese user and I am writing a instruction book of codeblocks in chinese language , I want to explanate the difference of the three variables , so... please help me...

for instance,which variables can be used in the "settings" of codeblocks,which variables can be used in the source code(.h .cpp).

sorry , but the webpage I posted is the best search engine in china , like google ,maybe there is someting wrong with my account ?
