Help Files advise.

 I have not found any help file for Code:Blocks. Everything that I have tried for Man pages and help files doesn't relate to the C programming language. Does anyone have links or ideas where I could get some C related help files to install in Code;Blocks ?

I am used to using programs that when you highlight the keyword for C, it would open a help file that would show you the correct syntax to use and show examples. Maybe there is nothing out that Code;Blocks can use. I have the help plug-in installed, now I just need the files for it too read.
