How to Block PM from non-logged in users?

The person who wanted to use Code::Blocks with Google Earth is sending PM messages to me. The person seems to blame me for his/her stupidity.

A non-logged user can send you PM? So, strange, I think the one is unsubscribed from CB forums after he/she send the PM. :D
If some piece of memory should be reused, turn them to variables (or const variables).
If some piece of operations should be reused, turn them to functions.
If they happened together, then turn them to classes.

He/she/it(?) has created two other accounts and floodded the forum with posts, partly with the question that was locked first, partly with messages where he attacks morten and tim.

I deleted them all, and I think the best is not to react to his/her/its childish posts and pm's, except for deleting that stuff (it's just one click).

I've banned his addresses. We should have silence again. That was really annoying! :x
