Template not adding to multiple targets

I using a Ogre template on Windows XP SP2 with Code::Blocks version 1.0-RC2 and it isn't setting the target porperties correctly when it creates the new files. It is suppost to add the files to compile to both 'Debug' and 'Release' and it is only adding them to the Debug target. You have to go into the 'Project/Targets Options' and check the files every time a new project is created. I saw in the template file that the targets were being set in the 'file' section.
