Plugins Availability - specifically Environment Variables

Hi.

I wanted to add a LD_LIB_PATH variable to my project, but it gives me a hard time to get the corresponding plugin, listed on the plugin wiki.

1. wiki does not contain any further links to .cbplugin (I was wondering why? wouldnt it be easier for the users?)
2. in the plugin forum the attachment was deleted (plugin deprecated?)

If it is deprecated, where could I set the path? I explored the complete GUI but, maybe I overlooked something.
If not, where can I get the plugin? It's not really obvious to me.

It's part of the contrib-plugins.

If you tell us which OS you use, it might be able to answer your question.
