Why i install Code::Blocks in redhat 9 failed? Below is the error prompt:

I have installed wxWidget already, wxGTK-2.4.2-1.i386.rpm, wxGTK-2.4.2.tar.gz and wxGTK-devel-2.4.2-1.i386.rpm, all of them.
why i run bootstrap, it failed.Sorry, i'm a newbie to linux. Thank you for all reply.
