Wow. Finally.
It's a week I'm trying to register here.
It worked only after I changed my email from hotmail.com to another domain.
No, the activation email was not in the spam folder.

So... no idea. Hope you didn't just ban hotmail.com altogether, I didn't find any mention of that.

Anyway, CodeBlocks seems very nice, just started using it.
