Resource files problem (Ogre)

Hello

Problem is that Code Blocks don't find some .cfg files.

If I know program try search those resource files from these directories: "search directories" -> "linker" (I am also tdied others). I have tried put every folder to every place and still it don't find them. If I make "ogre 3d project" there is tutorial ground but interface should take the place of that? Or If I use wizard "ogre project" then I cannot do even project because it say that on the top of the path is no Ogre files. And I can tell you that there is. Tried (OGRE_HOME) style and manual but no response.
