7175: tilt wheel scrolling weirdness...

If you try to use your mouse's tilt wheel in the editor the scrollbar on the bottom changes to a visually different one and moves. But the original "Actual" scroll bar does not. As if you move your mouse over the odd scroll bar the original bar appears again.

Curiously, the odd scroll bar keeps it's position if you tilt the wheel again. So it's like there are 2 scrollbars except only one actually scrolls the text.

running win 7 64bit

So no one else experiences this? Or no one else has a mouse with a tilt wheel?
