Error with my window

Hello,
I have  probleme when I run code::block.
My window go "out" of my screen... like I have two screen.
So i Try to play with the display setting I sometimes I can have the window in good place, but when I want to open a new project
Code::Block stop to run... (not exactly, it's fixed, I have to close it, and when I run it again, It go out again...)
Can You explaine my why I can fix it!
Sorry for the language but I speak franch and not english so i try to have a good english but it's  not easy.
