Have you tried File -> Import project -> MS Visual studio project?
(most of the time I ignore long posts)

I do not believe this will work; the stable (10.05) does not support Visual Studio 2010 (it is possible the importer plugin has had this ability added in the trunk, but I have not noticed it).

(If this is correct, I think the Code::Blocks todo-list has just gained another item.)
