Big Dll and EXE files

I just compiled CB from source as per instructions in

My files are huge am I missing a step?, dose one use some sort of compaction on the lib DLL and EXE in the nightly distros ???

Did you forget to run the update script and then inspect the output, not the devel folder?

I did run update and I am looking at output
but having said that the files in Devl look like the are the same files,
might be a problem with the update batch file
I will try and investigate but is any more thoughts are forth coming I will appropriate you input
