Help and HexEditor Plugins

Hi.

I guess I´ll be asking too much but I´m new in Code::Blocks and I want to use Help and HexEditor plugins. How do I download,

install and use them? I couldn´t get my way around the Wikipages. Thanks in advance for any help.

What is your OS?

If windows, when you run the installer pick the option that installs the contrib plugins.
