You don't have pkg.m4 properly installed

i am trying to compile codeblocks10.05,but i encounter a problem:You don't have pkg.m4 properly installed.
my OS is ubuntu12.10.pkg-config has been installed correctly,and the pkg.m4 is located in /usr/share/aclocal.
can anyone help me?thank you so much.
