Red underlines in comments and quotation marks

So I tried searching the forums and online about this, but didn't find any actual answers. I then tried playing around with the settings, but had no luck. Anyway, all of the words in comments and in quotation marks are underlined with a red zig-zag. Why is it doing this? How do I turn it off? I've attached an image showing what I mean.

The easiest way is to disable the spellchecker-plugin (or configure it correctly for the language you use).

And this question has been answered several times, but it might be hard to find the correct search strings to find the apprpriate posts.
