Dark theme in Windows

I love this theme so much :-* :-*,but I found there's no dark theme in windows,
is it possible that I make me one by modify default.conf or other files

Yes, but you have to install a dark theme for your whole windows. Keep in mind that C::B uses wxWidgets which tries to look native.
