Debug option un available (Not Highlighted)

Hi,

I'm new to Programming. And I can not find any live option to debug on CodeBlock. I mean the options are not click-able.  

I followed everything in here : http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=Debugging_with_Code::Blocks

But its still not clickable. I use latest version of  codeblock in Windows 7 Professional 32 bit.
