Problums compileing Win32 GUI

Hi installed codeblocks the other day and went to make a Win32GUI App and I get this error when compileing.

Any help to solve this be great thanks,

I fixed the problum now, I looked like I was missing cmd.exe from my system folder. Must have got deleted some how anyway all work agian now.
