codeblocks appears to be running but not

Hello everyone!
Suddenly my codeblocks didnt want to start. I mean it appears to be running as on the taskbar it shows the icon but
there is no window. In the taskmanager the program is also running. I can't open any of my projects,
I've already restarted my computer, reinstalled codeblocks, reinstalled an older version of codeblocks.
None of these solutions seemed to be working...
Please if somebody can, help me :/
