My codeblocks not printing anything for C programming code.

I have downloaded the update version of codeblocks which 98244 KB. It is working for c++ code in my windows 7 system but do not print anything for c code. window open with no ouput. This is great problem for because i can't work for varsity assignment. I have tried with many more ways but in vain. Please help me if you know the solution.
