• Converted ProjectManager to use wxFlatNotebook
• Added context menu entries to all notebooks to choose tabs position (top-bottom)
• wxFlatNotebook fixes
• Applied locale patch by Olorin (patch #1397286)
• Fix for wxSmith to compile again with the latest SDK changes
• Fixed whitespaces getting lost when streaming out from TinyXML (default.conf (and others) no longer have LF/CR characters)

As a Win2K user I'm happy to report that by incorporating wxAUI & wxFlatBook into C::B, most annoying GUI drawing artifacts specific to Windows 2000 are gone!
