The Entire "Build" Menu is Greyed Out

Hi, I'm using C::B 10.05 on Windows. I'm able to compile a C program, but after I run it, the Build menu is completely greyed out except for Abort. I click Abort and nothing happens. The build log and Code::Blocks log remain unchanged. And yes, I closed the .exe console window, so that's not the solution. Thanks for the help!

This is true while the project is building.

I suggest waiting or posting the "build log" because it might have information in it.
