Laggy on file save or when switching between files in editor

I'm not sure if it's reproducable.

When I have multiple files open in the editor, and I switch from one to another, it takes a half second to switch. Literally.

When I save a file, C::B locks up for 5 to 10 seconds.

It happened either between 1710 and 1717, or because I just turned on Code Completion's follow includes option (cache is off).

Edit: Wow, I built 1717 but I forgot to copy the files to my Program Files directory. So I'm actually running 1707. Silly me!  :lol:

This is FIXED in somewhere between 1707 and 1717 (probably 1711).
