Don't move a tab to the working area. It's allowed, but EditorManager will static_cast it to EditorBase* and start working with it.  :shock: What, you didn't expect the symbols tree to appear as a tab in the main notebook?  :lol: :lol: :lol: Well now it can!

You also can't move a tab with an image from one pane to another. Aside from moving tabs where they've never been before, it's stable. The screenshot shows the Symbols Tree moved to the messages pane and the file tree also visible.

Right click isn't working on file tabs...

Start with my patch and then fix that part I guess  :?

My patch is basically the CVS version with mandrav's single fix from rev1665.
