Unable to open ../CSource/CBProjects/Plain/Plain.cbp

When ever I open Code::Blocks 13.12 I get the following error message.

Unable to open ../CSource/CBProjects/Plain/Plain.cbp.

I am using Linux Mint 17. 
I will admit that I did delete the folder it is trying.
when clicking OK I then get the following Debug report "Codeblocks"

"/tmp/codeblocks_dbgrpt-7076-20141005T175207"

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Code::Blocks and still am getting the same issue.
I ran update and upgrades with avail.

What i would like to know is is there a file i need to delete or edit that will correct this issue.  Looked through the forum and with all the pages it is a bit daunghting to to look through them all.

Probably you want to edit/delete this file: ~/.codeblocks/default.workspace
