File template

I know that C::B can make use of project templates. But is it possible to create a file template, i.e. for any user-given string foo, create:

1. foo.h, which already has the include guards
2. foo.c, which includes "foo.h"

in the subdirectory src?

The easiest way to do this is probably through scripting.
