The language file of CodeBlocks on launchpad need to update

I am a Chinese user of CodeBlocks. I download the language file from lauchpad:
https://translations.launchpad.net/codeblocks/trunk/+pots/codeblocks

As we can see from the webpage, the translation of "Chinese (Simplified)" has completely finished.
But after appied the language file, I found that the translation is incomplete.
There are many menu items remain English, as we can see from the attached screenshot.

I think, the problem lies in that the English language file of CodeBlocks on launchpad need to update, and there are many items need to be translated.
