Code::Blocks 13.12 won't open

It was working fine a few days earlier and I did nothing to the files but today when I tried to open it it said "Exception."
"An exception has been raised!
The application encountered an error at C:\CB1312\src\sdk\configmanager.cpp, on line 245
The error message is:
TinyXML error: Error document empty.
In file C:\Users\INSTIG\AppData\Roaming\CodeBlocks\default.conf
At row 0, column: 0"
The first file (C:\CB1312) doesn't even exist when. I tried to open it but it wasn't on my hard drive. Please help and sorry if this is the wrong thread to post in.

Delete the file causing problems, it is already truncated for some reason...
This C:\CB1312\src\sdk\configmanager.cpp is the location of the source of Code::Blocks and it is normal that you don't have it.
