• Fixed console_runner to work with special characters in filenames (patch #1419173)
• Fixed editor caret moving to where the mouse pointer is when pressing context menu key (patch #1423075)
• Removed $Date$ keyword, added standard copyright header where it was missing
• Comment fix (cclist.cpp)

Regressions/Confirmed/Annoying/Common bugs:

• DDE bug : clicking in windows explorer on a CB registered file throws an error message box
• toolbar-images-not-changing-state (is a wx problem)
