I can't code

I can't use code blocks because when launch a new project I don't see "main" I would  like to send you a video but I don't know how can I do.

Have you tried View -> Manager menu?

the text editor field?
The project window on the left side?
The main.c text file?
The main function?
describe a bit more what do you think that "main" is....

"View -> Manager" will show the project tree, there you could find your file...

Find the panel which has a title "Management", then select the tab "Project", there you'll see the project tree...
