How to turn of the popup window with function syntax etc? It is quite annoying that it pops
up unasked. I could not locate it in the editor highlight options, is it there? Thanks

It is called "call tip" and it is Settings -> Editor -> General -> Tooltips
(most of the time I ignore long posts)
