Newbie help

Hello, I am new to code block and programming in general. I try to run a simple hello world program, just to test out if the installation worked, but when I build and run, the command terminal does not show the "hello world." I show some kind of directory of the project I'm in.

1) Operating system?
2) Compiler?
3) EXACT steps you make (1. start codeblocks 2. create console project 3. hit build run 4. ...)
4) Maybe a screenshot?
