Package code::blocks Flatpak

I am interested in packaging code::blocks as a flatpak and would like permission to do so. I am posting here because I do not know how to get in contact with the main development team. I will work on the packaging of code::blocks but wont publish it until I get an answer from the dev team.

If you make scripts for doing it. We could probably start doing night build releases as flatpak.

But why flatpak and not the other thing AppImage?

I didn't really think about appimage actually. I will research that and see what I come up with. I am new to the whole packaging thing and just thought flatpak was a good option.
