change theme (dark)

i'm new and i want to change the default theme. I want a dark theme.
sorrybut i don't see how to do that.

What do you mean by "i can't load!!"? Please post the exact steps you're doing which fail. Posting C::B and OS versions might help, too.

At the bottom of the page you can see some instructions (a bit convoluted, but they should work)...

Save the xml text in a file and open the tool, it should detect your default.conf file automatically.
If it doesn't tell us what is your OS and we'll tell you where to find the config file.

Have you clicked on the button with "..." in the destination field?
It will point to the correct file...
In your particular case ~/.config/codeblocks/default.conf...

why again we don't ship the themes? Some license thing?

Because they are incomplete. If we're going to ship themes they should include all languages we support. Or at least the most popular. The theming system could be improved a lot, but I cannot get to it
