Help me in running my code

I just downloaded codeblocks on my pc ( i have been studying it at school) and i wrote a code. When i press build and run, nothing happens, when i press only run, it says the program needs to be build so i click OK and nothing happens. It does not say that there are any mistakes, what should i do?
