Updateing OGRE wizard

Hi, for the upcoming release i would like to update the provided wizards (at least for the libraries that still exists)
To start i would like to update OGRE and for this on windows i add the install possibility of msys2, because it is the easiest way to install ogre on windows.

For this i would like to update also the example code, and  for this i would like to copy the turorial code from here: https://github.com/OGRECave/ogre/blob/master/Samples/Tutorials/BasicTutorial2.cpp

Are there any copyright restrictions, or license problems if we provide the code 1 to 1?

You have to ask the ORGE team or at at least check if their license is compatible with ours (GPL3). I think there is page with compatible licenses on wikipedia.
