Code::Blocks' translation on launchpad.net need update

Recently, I installed Code::Blocks 17.12, and download a Chinese(Simplified) translation MO file from https://launchpad.net/codeblocks. Then I found that there remains many messages in English (not translated!).

I checked the translation on launchpad.net again, and find that all 2173 messages had been translated (100.0%) .

Obviously that the translation need to be updated.

I try to contact the developer "heromyth" who are in charge of translation, and found that his yahoo mailbox is unavailable, and his last active on this forum is December 19, 2011, --that's 8 years ago.

Please, anyone could update the translation on launchpad.net?

OK, but this page has to be largely rewritten too ... I'll try to do that
