Will the current nightly (2020), under development, also be distributed in a 32-bit (x86) version, runnable on Windows XP and Vista?

It is up to killerbot to decide if he wants to do a 32bit builds. The code is should be buildable on 32 bits and should work. If there is no official build you should be able to use an old build to make a new build.
