can't find compiler executable in your search path (GNU GCC compiler) vesion 20.03

Is this a question? A statement?
If you have not installed a compiler C::B can't find it.
Also if it is not setup correctly it cannot be found. 20.03 has a known problem in this regard.
But without further information we cannot help you.

In my case, the path was correct but the file names were wrong. Code::Blocks was expecting MinGW-gcc.exe for the compiler but the actual file name was gcc.exe.

I would grab the latest nighty build in order to fix the bugs in 20.03.
