Graphic issue CB 20.03 on Kubuntu 20.04

Hello,
I migrate to Kubuntu 20.04 and install without problem Codeblocks 20.03.
CB start but when I open a project, I have an issue on the left side of the source windows: strange lines (see screenshot)
I run Kubuntu on a vmware running on Windows10.

Any idea to solve this issue ?

Some information:
- The bug appears when the "global scale" parameter is above 175 %.
- Resolution: 3840x2160 and Global scale: 175 --> OK
- Resolution: 3840x2160 and Global scale: 200 --> KO
