code blocks icon keeps flashing at task bar

Hi everyone, I'm new to programming and I recently tried Code blocks C and loved it.  However, when I open my code blocks C, my code blocks c at my task bar keeps flashing.  I searched online for solutions and I found a file execute.patch but how do I use that file to fix it?  Or are there other methods to fix the problem?  Help would be much appreciated!  Thanks in advance!

What version of codeblocks are you using?
Do you have tried a nightly build?

No, I haven't try and don't know what is that. May I have the link for installation?

They are 64-bit builds intended for testing, just download the three zip files and expand them in the same folder. Current nightly is very stable.
