Change cb_console_runner with PowerShell?

Hello everyone,

i would like to know if could be possibile to substutute the cb_console_runner with Windows cmd or PowerShell.
It's seems that cb_console_runner does not support some functionality. I'm working on a console program that use pdcurses and blinking attributes seems to not work.
Maybe i'm doing something wrong.

Can you describe your exact problem?
Blinking attributes? What is that?

Does it work if you start your application from a normal console window?
