No icons (or List) in 'New from template ...'

In all my versions of 'Code::Blocks (VISTA, > r12093) , I can't create new project anymore, the icons don't appear anymore. (It's been at least a year since I created a project).

1- The same version of 'Code::Blocks' (Win7, r12235), on another machine allows me to create a new project.

2- I recovered the configuration file of the Win7 machine that I put on Vista (r12235): I was able to create a project.

3- When I reopened 'Code::Blocks' (Vista, r12235) I couldn't create a project anymore !

What can I do ?
