32 bit CodeBlocks included the wrong MinGW version

They included the 64 bit MinGW toolchain, that can't run on 32 bit computer anyway (they are 64 bit binaries themselves).

This MinGW is 32 bit binaries and could also target 64 bit via -m64: https://app.box.com/s/hi6j86qlfo1tw2h6qf3k5sxt0miq69dv

You could include it with your 32 bit CodeBlocks distribution.
