XPM-Edior update

Hello MortenMacFly.

Some years ago you supported me by providing a new C::B project file for the xpm-editor plug-in https://sourceforge.net/projects/xpmeditor/

Today I have posted a new patch for the project https://sourceforge.net/p/xpmeditor/patches/3/  based on your patch from 2015.
But for some reasons it may be useful if you, an other C::B developer or anybody else may take a look to it just to ensure if my changes are working for all or by accident only for me.
